Some shoots might be terrifying due of their speed and unpredictability. Especially if you’re used to working with subjects that move more slowly, such as portraits or landscapes. In order to freeze a picture you need a fast shutter speed. If you want to add motion you will need to slow down your shutter speed. You would also need to be panning your camera throughout your picture. At times you need to take multiple pictures at once in order to get the right one.

To get more specific with what your shooting you can choose a zone focus. This helps with choosing the people in focus. You should also stabilize your camera and have your subject move. Shutter priority mode gives you a type of blur.
